These Win95/98 drivers enable the CC feature when used with the TV MAX tuner application V1.63 or above. These drivers do not support Windows 98's WebTV, but do operate in Windows 98 using the TV Max application.

A Windows 98 WDM driver to support WEB TV is available below.

Installation instructions:

 
1. After downloading the file, run the zx84823d.exe program to unzip the files to an empty folder or directory on the hard drive. (If you cannot locate the file you downloaded, use the Windows Find command to search for the zx84823d.exe program on your hard disk.)
2. Remove the old drivers using the NUKE848.EXE program found on this page and reboot.
3. When Windows detects the card and requests drivers, point Windows to the location you unzipped the files to above.
4. Refer to the instructions in the users manual for more details.

Windows 98SE / 2000 Driver

This file contains both the first Windows 98SE/2000 driver and a Microsoft Video capture utility (AMCAP.EXE). This driver only operates in Win98 2nd edition and supports the NTSC TV Tuner only and therefore can only be used in North American region. According to Conexant, Windows 98 (1st edition) has a bug that will not allow the BT-848 WDM driver to work.

Installation instructions:

 
1. After downloading the file, run the tvmaxwdm-beta.exe program to unzip the files to an empty folder or directory on the hard drive. (If you cannot locate the file you downloaded, use the Windows Find command to search for the tvmaxwdm-beta.exe program on your hard disk.)
2. Refer to the readme.txt file included in the file for installation instructions to remove the current driver and install the new driver. (This file will be found in the folder you unzipped the files to in step #1)

There is no support for this operating system at the current time and no expected release date.  
If and when a driver is released, it can be found on this page. 

This patch file provide better performance with TNT 2 display card.

1. After downloading the file, run the Nuke848.exe program and follow the onscreen instructions. (If you cannot locate the file you downloaded, use the Windows Find command to search for the Nuke848.exe program on your hard disk.)
2. Shut down to remove the card or reboot the computer to install a new driver.
3. Then install the new TV MAX tuner application.

This TV MAX tuner application V1.65 requires the ZX84823c driver or ZX84823d. This version adds multiple tuner support. Select the tuner type T in the USA and the G type in China. Also included an AVI editor.

TV MAX tuner application (International version)

This TV MAX tuner application V1.72 requires the ZX84823c driver. This version adds multiple tuner support. Select the tuner type T in the USA and the G type in China. Also included an AVI editor.

New Features:

 
• Perform a complete scan on the frequency spectrum to find all available channels
• TV channel can be named after scanned.
• You can rearrange the display sequence of channels and put your favorite channels in the desired order.

This version 1.72 of TV-Max will only work with hardware version 1.2 (VP-8482 Rev 1.2) or above. It will not function with any hardware with lower revision number.
